Okay, I realize there's little point in reviewing one of dozens of outlets of the world's largest fast-food chain, but it's in my neighborhood and I wanted a sub, something I could split into two dietarily-acceptable meals and...
First off, props to them for adding a secondary sandwich prep station next to the drive through window- maybe it's been there for awhile, but I've never seen it in action. I generally park and go in to get carry-out, but it seemed like they were serving people in the drive-through much faster.
I've noticed that after promoting the heck out of the "Five dollar footlongs" for so long, they've now cut them back to about 5-6 sandwiches, most of them not very appealing choices. The rest of the subs are $6.50 to $8.00 for a foot-long, and even a 6" is $4.00 and up. The one I selected, a turkey and ham on jalapeno cheese bread (props again to a new bread choice) had two tiny slices of ham and two tiny slices of turkey on 6 inches (or thereabouts) of bread. I would estimate that the combined meat-product made up less than 5% of the total sandwich volume. There was probably more pepper ring volume on this sandwich.
I ordered it toasted, and after it was lightly crisped and dressed per specifications, it was set next to the register...where I waited....and waited...and waited. I didn't run a stop-watch, but they served three cars in the drive-through while I was standing at the register. By the time I was rang up, the sandwich was again cold. I might add the lady ahead of me in line ordered a "value meal" ($8+ ain't much of a value...), and had to climb over the counter to get her drink cup that wasn't provided before the cashier wandered off.
Next time I want a sandwich with a little something-something in it, I'll go around the corner to Merle's or buy a QT cooler sandwich.

My family and I went on June 10 (Friday) and the service was sub-par.  The food was fine but did not overshadow the two guys who were horrible with customer service.  Bad enough to where we will not return! If I could give it less than one star...I would!!!!!!!!!!!

It is what it is.  What else do you expect from a chain sandwich shop?  Nothing particularly good or bad to write about this place.  Get's busy and very crowded at lunch.  I'm ok with extra traffic at peak times, but the parking lot is a disaster of biblical proportions.  Otherwise, I'd give three stars.
